Pressure Washing Services from HousePainterCT.com

exterior-pressure-washing-house-painter-ct-tri-county-painting-ken-dosch-westport-greenwich-new-canaanExpert preparation is the foundation of a beautiful, long-lasting paint job. This is why we begin all exterior painting and staining projects with a thorough pressure washing. Many homeowners with little experience in pressure washing attempt the job themselves, and experience the following problems:

  • Some ruin their siding by washing at too high a pressure. This is a very costly mistake.

  • Others fail to adequately wash off all loose paint and stain due to a setting that is too low. Their new paint job will shortly need to be redone. This is a waste of the time and quality paint they put into their project.

  • A few damage their wells by pulling too much water too fast. We bring our own water source to pressure washing jobs for homes with well water.

  • Finally, some apply the new coat of paint before the house has adequately dried, resulting in premature peeling—a ruined house painting job. We make sure your house is completely dry before applying the new coat of paint or stain.
